Ganesh has worked with Anand Kumar Badminton Academy and played a major role in training national and state players. Later he joined PPSM and has quickly become very popular among his students. He is good with both children as well as adults. Ganesh likes to takes it step by step, one stroke at a time. Usually a gentle person, he also understands importance of strict discipline on court. He believes in focusing on basic techniques in order to grow as a player.

Irfan, our senior coach, has done NIS certification from Sports Authority of India. A former Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy coach, he has trained a large number of national and international players. Irfan has been coach of sub junior and junior state team in his coaching career. He lays more emphasis on scientific aspects of training like biomechanics, physical parameters and body posture. He provides a holistic approach strenghtening technical development as well. Irfan knows very well when to be strict and when to relax. He demands discipline on court. He's good at strengthening and physical training of the players. Besides that, he also helps in motivating the player pscyhologically.

Bidisha, a big part of our coaching team, is NIS certified from Sports Authority of India and has over 15 years of solid experience in coaching so far. She has been coach of the CBSE south zone team for Andhra Pradesh state and Samvidha Vidya Peet school team for 3 years. Bidisha places huge importance on stroke correction in coaching. She doesn't hesitate to practise the same stroke till the time her student doesn't get it right. Bidisha often tries to observe and judge her students so that she can adapt her coaching based on their interest. She is friendly off court but disciplined on court. She believes that providing correct basic foundation to the kids can make them enjoy the game more. Bidisha also interestingly makes use of other games and sports to increase agility and stamina in the players.

Abha, born in the city of Nagpur, started badminton at the age of 9. As a player, Abha represented Nagpur district at state level in Women's section. She also represented Nagpur University Women's Team at Zonal Level/All India Level and participated in National Sports Festival for women representing Maharashtra women's badminton team at Himachal Pradesh in year 2008. Abha completed BPE and BPED from Nagpur University. She then completed NIS certification from Sports Authority in India Bangalore with specialisation in Badminton. Before joining our team, she worked as badminton coach at YMCA Nagpur and Centre Point School Nagpur.

Rohit is passionate about coaching. He is extremely dedicated and motivated towards his job. He is NIS certified from Sports Authority of India and constantly works towards bettering himself as a coach. He takes great interest in honing the skills of an intermediate player as well as in introducing the game to a beginner. But he feels he's more attracted to the challenge of training small children as that is more difficult for a coach. Rohit possesses an array of trick shots which he displays from time to time mesmerising his young students.

Sam's strength lies in his patience. He adapts his coaching method based on his student, be it a child or adults. He is also a NIS certified coach from Sports Authority of India. Sam has a scientific approach towards coaching. Technically sound as a player, he lays great importance on technical correctness. He provides motivation to players,both, on and off court. Sam has a knack of prepping the players mentally in times of need. Sam is also strong at outdoor training. For him, physical fitness at all times is absolutely essential. Sam oberserves the players style and playing capabilities and provides appropriate inputs.
